This case report highlights the management of oral health complications related to smokeless tobacco use. A 38-year-old male patient presented with decayed teeth and oral mucosal changes resulting from smokeless tobacco consumption. After receiving habit cessation counseling, the patient reported for follow-up. This report discusses the importance of habit cessation counseling and demonstrates how this case contributes to the broader understanding of managing oral health complications associated with smokeless tobacco. It emphasizes the need for tobacco cessation and improved oral hygiene practices in preventing and managing these complications.
