A delayed urinary tract fistulation can develop after a pelvic fracture with bladder or urethral injury. We report a case of vesicolabial fistula in a 23-year-old woman following pelvic trauma. The presence of fistula was confirmed on cystoscopy and the patient underwent excision of fistula with interposition of gracilis flap. Vesicolabial fistula resulting from pelvic trauma has not been reported in the literature.
