Information and Communication Interactions as a Factor of Popularization of Legal Knowledge

Abstract

The article reveals the aspects of activity of the National Law Library of V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine in the field of providing users with necessary information, presents resources generated by itself aimed at formation of information request and legal culture in the society. Examples of the practical activities of NUB and other units of the NBUV to solve the problem of popularization legal knowledge are given, the results of research work to improve the efficiency of modern information and communication technologies in this process are under analysis. The conclusion is substantiated that formation of legal culture is impossible without active legal information.
