PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION OF PHYSICAL TRAINING OF CADETS OF THE MARITIME UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The analysis of modern requirements to physical training of cadets of Maritime universities is presented. Presented structure and content of professional physical training of future seamen. It is established that physical training of seafarers should have the following orientation: professionally-applied, correctional-prophylactic and motivational.
