The case of necrobiosis lipoidica in a child

Abstract

The case of necrobiosis lipoidica in a girl of twelve is described. The clinical picture is presented by skin changes occurred on the patient's shins during 2 years. The changes on the shins are considered as post traumatic. Here there are some data about the pathogenesis, clinical forms and treatment.
