This article highlights the state of the problem of conflictological competence of the teacher of an educational organization at the present stage, provides a comparative analysis of existing approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of "conflictological competence" in the domestic literature, reveals the structural organization of conflictological competence. A comparative analysis of the main strategies for overcoming conflict situations used by students and teachers is given. In addition, the authors developed and described the model of development of conlictological competence of the teacher, characterized by integrity and interconnection, included in its blocks, analyzed the conditions and forms necessary for the development of conlictological competence of the teacher.
