ORGANIZATION OF THE INTERNSHIP OF SPORT FACULTY STUDENTS IN CONTEXT OF GENERAL AND SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES DEVELOPMENT CONNECTED TO HIGHER EDUCATION GLOBALIZATION

Abstract

Nowadays, the phenomenon of "globalization" is an irreversible process that affects us all equally and "moves the world"; also it represents a transition process that includes all formulas of social organization as finality, exactly what would effect both processes, the global transition. The research have demonstrated the effectiveness of the new model (representing a merged structure and content of professional practice - coaching and sport - management) that has been developed in order to achieve the internship, as well as the effectiveness of the use of new methodological resources, documentation and logistics, found in the new guide of specialty internship. During educational process, the optimization of practical activities will improve the quality of knowledge, general and professional competencies of graduates of the Specialty Physical Education and Sport, and will increase their chances of labour market integration.
