REPERE CONCEPTUALE PRIVIND IMPLEMENTAREA ŞI ÎMBUNĂTĂŢIREA SISTEMULUI DE MANAGEMENT AL CALITĂŢII ÎN INSTITUŢIILE DE ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNT SUPERIOR DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

The present article is aimed to contribute both to theoretical and practical understanding of quality assurance system in Higher Education Institutions in Republic of Moldova. The authors provide a series of recommendations to admi- nistrative staff and to teachers involved in the process of quality assurance. Thus, starting with a conceptual perspective of terminology explanation and diachronic analysis we continue to emphasize the most important elements of the Quality Assurance System that would be implemented in Moldova universities. Taking into account our national specific featu- res, at the very end of the document we describe the risks that could appear in the process of implementation or enhan- cement of the system.
