Nursing of a patient with deep muscle abscess after minimally invasive surgery for hepatic masses (1例肝肿物微创术后并发流注的护理体会)
Abstract
This paper summarized the Nursing of a patient with deep muscle abscess after minimally invasive surgery for hepatic masses. Based on debridement and vacuum sealing drainage, comprehensive interventions such as infection control, drainage tube maintenance, diet guidance, monitoring of related indexes, complications prevention and pain control were carried out. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as acupoint application, manual massage were carried out to regulate the Zang-Fu function. (本文总结1例肝肿物微创术后并发流注患者的护理经验。在西医清创、负压封闭引流技术(VSD)等常规干预的基础上, 根据患者的个体情况, 严格落实感染防控措施, 加强引流管管理, 积极应用穴位贴敷、手法按摩等调理脏腑功能的中医疗法, 指导患者饮食, 同时加强相关指标监测, 积极预防并发症, 缓解患者疼痛, 促进患者康复。)
