In the article we prove the necessity of psychological and educational assistance and support of students in their personal and professional development. We also prove the necessity of creating conditions of individualization in the educational space of the university. The article presents some results of our research and also describes the structure, principles and conditions of realization of the program that allows to provide the raising of psychological and pedagogical competence, self-knowledge and self-development, both students and teachers.
