THE MILITARY BODY OF THE STATE: COGNITIVE AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract

Military body of the state is a specifi c social institution of society, ordered in terms of structure and hierarchy, the dominant functional relationships, coordination and subordination, a specifi c element of the mechanism of state power packed with features and technical means -materials necessary (military equipment) to perform state functions military security in extraordinary situations that endanger its stability. Philosophical aspects of the military form of state research needs to be supplemented with principles and special military requirements, which determines the structure and should include: the unique complement of staff, its appearance, unifi ed and centralized command of military forces, organizational structure, unit type of weapons and military equipment, uniform system of education, education and social-psychological support to all elements of the military, a unique way of military service, a unique system of social protection of soldiers and their family members, demobilized persons.
