UNA NUEVA ESPECIE DE RHEXOXYLON DEL TRIASICO DE BARREAL, SAN JUAN, ARGENTINA

Abstract

A new species (not formally named here) of Rhexoxylon Bancroft, from the Middle-Upper Triassic Barreal Formation is briefly described. Some of the differences with the other few species of the genus are shown. Also, sketches of the general stem structure, the perimedullar strands and some leaf-traces (?) are included.
