Abstract

This paper studies the relationship of the incidence, in view of the Legal Fact Pontes de Miranda, with the truth and reflections on this process. Investigates, so if the language, manifested especially by the evidence (Theory of Evidence), would be an instrument capable of creating the truth or would have the power to reveal it, merely.
