The problem of low efficiency of communications in the lessons of physical education and sports, which are influenced by the personal qualities of the teacher and his management style. Investigated leadership style and its impact on the effectiveness of communication, the presence of the negative effects of teaching style. Examined differences in styles and identify barriers to more effective communications. Analyzed the behavior of two groups of students (36). It was revealed that the ratio of the teacher depends on the style guide. It affects communication and motivation. Installed barriers that affect the efficiency of communications.
