This work is aimed at improving the process of learning of Labor Career Education Computing from certain deficiencies which have submitted training students in this race. Here suggestions and modes of action are proposed from an educational perspective and developer, which would lead to a change in the mode of action of future teachers towards the vision of the role of women, fully exploiting all potential offered by the subjects, they to guarantee a highly literate and educated labor research practice, from the perspective of gender, which will allow better educational work.
