E-sport jako kreator nowych warunków organizacyjnych w zmiennym i dynamicznym otoczeniu
Abstract
The rapid development of technology, and thus the transformation of social relations forces the organization to look for "new" principles of functioning. In order to meet the future, the organiza-tion must become its active creator, be flexible with high adaptive skills for sudden changes generat-ed by the dynamic environment. In the article, the author presents the e-sport industry as an example of an organization that has all the features of an organization that, today creating organizational conditions, can be considered as an example of organization of the future.
