Multi-storey building is a construction project that has a high level of work risk. The risk of work accidents can be minimized by implementing the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standard operational procedures (SOPs) in accordance, but there are still many HSE SOPs that have not been implemented properly. This study uses a questionnaire and interview methods which will then be analysed using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) to determine the effect of implementing Occupational Health and Safety Management System on construction projects through multiple linear regression tests and obtained regression models. The objective of this research is to improve HSE SOPs by analysing which dominant factor that influences the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). The result of the analysis shows that the factors that influence the implementation of the HSE SOP are from the Development and Maintenance, Planning Control, Work Safety based on the Project Reference, Monitoring Standards, and Submission and Improvement Deficiencies factor. Through the regression equation, it can be concluded that the 5 factors above influences 66,9% to the implementation of OH.
