El diario La Capital de Rosario en el primer gobierno peronista: el tema del papel prensa (1947-1950)
Abstract
[es] En este trabajo nos proponemos reconstruir la posición que el diario adoptó frente a las medidas que instrumentó el gobierno peronista en relación con el papel prensa, desde una perspectiva histórica se analizará de qué manera esa opinión publicada irá expresando las conflictivas relaciones con el poder político nacional. Desde sus editoriales La Capital ejercerá una enérgica y constante defensa de los derechos de la oposición, al considerar que esos derechos estaban siendo avasallados. Asimismo, se analizará la postura de otro medio gráfico de la ciudad el diario La Tribuna que ofrece un tratamiento diferente del tema y que permite poner en relieve el posicionamiento de ambos medios. Estudiar el vínculo de la prensa con la esfera política nos permite detectar momentos de gran conflictividad en un tiempo histórico donde el proceso de transformación impulsado por el primer peronismo estuvo signado por el antagonismo y la polarización. El diario La Capital, desde el campo opositor, asumirá un rol activo como un actor, portador de ideología. [en] In this paper we propose to reconstruct the position that the newspaper adopted against the measures implemented the Peronist government regarding newsprint, from a historical perspective will analyze how the rating given will express the conflicting relations with national political power. Since its editorial The Capital will exercise a strong and constant defense of the rights of the opposition, considering that these rights were being overwhelmed.
