The article investigates how the narrative Campo de trânsito, written by João Paulo Borges Coelho, inserts the reader in the experience of the impact of the "FRELIMO revolution" on Mozambique through the construction of a political and social metaphor that retrieves the memory of the "centers reeducation" created by FRELIMO in the 1970s and 80s.
