Penerapan Metode Weighted Product (WP) Dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Karyawan Pada Dewata Store Fakfak
Abstract
Perekrutan karyawan penting bagi perusahaan untuk mendapatkan karyawan baru yang potensial guna mendukung produktivitas perusahaan. Dewata Store Fakfak merupakan perusahaan dagang yang melayani penjualan dan pembelian aneka kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun rekrutmen karyawan Dewata Store Fakfak masih dilakukan secara manual di mana pelamar masih membawa berkas secara langsung dan perusahaan sering kali kesulitan karena banyaknya calon karyawan sehingga proses rekrutmen masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem penunjang pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan pendekatan solusi multi-kriteria dan metode Weighted Product (WP), di mana banyak kriteria yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pemilihan karyawan. Dalam mengimplementasikan metode WP untuk penentuan penerimaan karyawan di Dewata Store Fakfak melalui langkah berikut:(1) penentuan alternatif, (2) Penentuan Kriteria, (3) Penentuan tingkat kepentingan setiap kriteria, (4) Penentuan bobot, (5) Penentuan nilai setiap alternatif di setiap kriteria, (6) Penentuan kategori (cost/benefit) di setiap kriteria, (7) Melakukan normalisasi, (8) Menghitung nilai vektor S, (9) Menghitung nilai vektor S, dan (10) Melakukan perankingan. Penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan 9 (sembilan) kriteria yaitu wawancara, tes kepribadian, tes matematika, surat lamaran, CV, KTP, ijazah terakhir, SKCK dan surat kesehatan dengan 10 data sampel. Pada pengujian sistem, metode yang digunakan adalah black box testing, di mana keseluruhan pengujian berhasil dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam proses penerimaan karyawan baru di Dewata Store Fakfak. Hasil penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan dalam mengidentifikasi karyawan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kriteria Dewata Store Fakfak. Abstract Employee recruitment is important for companies to get potential new employees to support company productivity. Dewata Store Fakfak is a trading company that serves sales and purchases of various community needs. However, recruitment of Dewata Store Fakfak employees is still done manually where applicants still bring files directly and the company often has difficulties because of the large number of prospective employees so the recruitment process still takes a long time. Therefore, a decision support system is needed using a multi-criteria solution approach and the Weighted Product (WP) method, where many criteria need to be considered in employee selection. In implementing the WP method for determining employee recruitment at the Dewata Store Fakfak through the following steps:(1) determining alternatives, (2) Determining Criteria, (3) Determining the level of importance of each criterion, (4) Determining weights, (5) Determining the value of each alternative in each criterion, (6) Determining the category (cost/benefit) in each criterion, (7) Carrying out normalization, (8) Calculating the S vector value, (9) Calculating the S vector value, and (10) Ranking. This research was determined based on 9 (nine) criteria, namely interview, personality test, mathematics test, application letter, CV, KTP, latest diploma, SKCK and health certificate with 10 sample data. In system testing, the method used is black box testing, where the entire test is carried out successfully. The aim of this research is to produce a decision support system in the process of accepting new employees at Dewata Store Fakfak. The results of this research are intended to facilitate decision making in identifying employees based on the needs and criteria of Dewata Store Fakfak.
