THE PROBLEM OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE FLIGHT CONTROL OFFICER

Abstract

In this article the legal status of the Flight Control Officer is investigated, the legal and regulatory framework governing the activities of the Flight Control Officer are analyzed. It is concluded that the Flight Control Officer is the subject of the special legal relationship determined by standards of the legislation.
