Obstacles Networking Between NGO`s Organizations in Youth Welfare Field

Study Objective : The study seeks to identify the obstacles facing networking between NGOs in the field of youth care in the Gaza Strip, Methodology : The research sample numbered (125) male and female respondents, whose ages ranged between 25 and 60 years, The questionnaire was used as a main tool for the study. The questionnaire included two parts: the first represented the initial information and data of the respondent, and the second part consisted of five axes: administrative obstacles, political obstacles, legal obstacles, technological obstacles, and financial obstacles facing NGOs in the field of youth care, Data were entered and analyzed using the SPSS statistical software (version 22). The study relied on quantitative and qualitative statistics in analyzing the results, and used the alpha Cro-Nabach coefficient and the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The study concluded that the financial obstacles were strong with an average of (2.60), followed by obstacles related to the political aspect with an average of (2.51), followed by technological obstacles with an average of (2.43), followed by obstacles related to the legal aspect with an average of (2.36). ) While the obstacles related to the administrative aspect were medium and in the last order with an arithmetic mean of (2.26). Conclusion: In the light of the aforementioned results of the study, it is necessary to work on confronting the obstacles facing networking between civil institutions in the field of youth care in the Gaza Strip.
