Taking the coal mine monitoring system as the platform and the monitoring substation as the design object, the dual data cache technology with multi-thread safety is designed. After the sensor data frames are stored in the queue, the monitoring substation analyzes and processes the data frames one by one, and then encapsulates them into Ethernet packets, which are sent to the central station, the data cache technology designed in this paper adds multi-thread safety protection. The practical application shows that the data cache queue software architecture is clear, occupies less memory, and is easy to implement. It improves the data processing ability of the substation, and solves the problems such as the delay and loss of substation instructions to the central station and sensor data.
