Abstract

This document is intended to argue the postulation of St. Basil as a story of God for the Church of all times. It compiles information on the works of the same character and those who shared with him, and also appeals to comments from specialists who standout for their knowledge of the character and his works. The exhibition deals with the family experience, some significant facts of his formative process, his incursion into monastic life, his pastoral exercise as a priest and bishop of Caesarea, and the contextual character of his writings.
