LA CARNICERÍA MAYOR DE MURCIA

Abstract

The location of butcher's shops which supplyed Murcia and the study of the main butcher's shop are the principal items of this paper. The carrying out of the mentioned building, during the first third of the 17th century, is set in the frame of a not fully known period of increase of construction in the city. To complete our analysis, we present the project for the butcher's shop of San Antolín.
