Kudryavtseva’s personality attracts attention both from the point of view of the history of Russian vocal performance, and from the point of view of the pedagogy of music education. The pedagogical “component” of the singer’s creativity is directly related to the traditions of the Russian vocal school. These traditions were given to her by the eminent masters of the past. Vera Nikolaevna’s own long-term stage experience and her closeness to S. Ya. Lemeshev, which had a decisive influence on the formation of the spiritual image of the singer, are also interesting for musicians-teachers. The study of the artistic principles by V.N. Kudryavtseva allows us to conclude that they can be considered as a significant phenomenon of Russian vocal art. Continuing the traditions of the Russian school of singing, thanks to her unique experience, she has enriched the pedagogy of music education with author’s techniques and approaches. She actually created her own direction of work with female voices. The importance of this direction is confirmed by the example of the singer’s numerous students, most of whom were successful in the profession. In this context, Vera Nikolaevna’s pedagogical heritage deserves not only to be special studied, but also wide practical application.
