A study of the relation between organizational agility dimensions and the productivity of Dana insurance company employees in East Azarbaijan province

Nowadays the organizational agility is an important factor in advancing the goals of organization, increasing productivity and employees' morale, promoting the level of organizational commitment, mental and physical health, and life satisfaction among the employees. The main goal of this study was to investigate the relation between the man-power productivity which is an effective element in the organization, and organizational agility which is a new Paradigm in achieving success and in line with variations. The research method was descriptive-correlation survey. The statistical population included all the employees in Dana insurance company in East Azarbaijan which added up to 120 people. Using Morgan's table the sample size was 92 people. The descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. To gather the data the standard organizational agility and man-power productivity questionnaires were used. The results showed that there was a significant positive difference relation between the organizational agility and productivity of Dana insurance company employees.
