This case report presents the unique occurrence of a pathological fracture in the subtrochanteric area of the left femur in a 7-year-old boy, attributed to a nonossifying fibroma (NOF). NOFs are benign bone lesions commonly found in pediatric patients, but complications leading to fractures are relatively rare. The clinical presentation, diagnostic workup, and management of this case are discussed to highlight the importance of recognizing and addressing such conditions in the pediatric population.
