Reorganization of the endothelium of valvular apparatus of the heart at the infective endocarditis

Abstract

The data of the morphological investigations of the endothelium of the heart valves at inflective endocarditis are shown in this article. Is determined that the structural reorganization of endothelial cells is revealed as destructive and as dystrophic changes. The exposed appropriates show that destructure of the endothelial lining integrity is the main pathogenic link in the inflectional endocarditis origin.
