This paper summarized the emergency management of asphyxia caused by choking on food in a patient with Parkinson's disease and stroke. Key points of emergency care were emergency triage and green channel management; initiating and executing emergency procedures for asphyxia caused by choking on food, removing obstruction in the airway; conducting the dynamic evaluation, systematic nursing plan and rapid recovery protocol for the patient. (本文总结了1例帕金森病合并脑梗死的老年患者突发噎食窒息的抢救及护理措施, 包括给予精神科急诊分诊, 快速开通绿色通道; 启动精神科门急诊噎食抢救流程, 解除患者呼吸道梗阻; 实施动态的护理评估方法及系统护理方案, 促进患者快速康复。)
