Atrial septal defect (ASD) is one of the most common congenital heart defect (CHD), however multiplex, swiss cheese like ASDs are quite uncommon. Percutaneous closure of these complex malformations require high quality transesophageal echocardiographic guidance. In the following we would like to present our patient with three separate ASDs, who underwent successful transcatheter ASD closure recently. The closure was performed using two Amplatzer Occluders in a Sandwich technique.
