Introduction: An immature cataract is one of the most common causes of visual impairment, such as faded colors, hazy vision, light halos, and difficulty with bright lights. Main Clinical Finding: A male patient of age 62 years old complained of right eye progressive painless diminutions of vision, distorted vision, and light sensitivity. Diagnosis: The patient was diagnosed with a right eye immature cataract. The cortical cataractous alterations and iris shadow were the clinical findings observed in the right eye. Intervention: The patient was given Bhojanottar 20 ml Triphala Kwath with 10 ml Triphala Ghrita, and Bhringraja Tail Nasya two drops in each nostril daily morning, both are prescribed for a month. Outcomes: Distortion of eyesight is minimized, and improvement in visual acuity is noted. Conclusion: Triphala, Bhringraja and Yashtimadhu are having Chakshushya and Rasayana qualities. It has been found that Triphala exhibits anti-cataractous effects.
