CURRENT CHANGES LEGISLATION UNDER MARTIAL STATUS

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the current labor, criminal and criminal procedure legislation, which was adopted in the martial law and events occurring in Ukraine. Materials and Methods. The analysis of normative-legal acts adopted from February 24, 2022, directly related to the rules and responsibilities of citizens of Ukraine, the work of public institutions in martial law. The provisions of labor, criminal and criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine are substantiated, which are extremely necessary during the investigation of criminal proceedings that are important for citizens of Ukraine, institutions of any form of ownership, working and continuing to implement state policy in hostilities. Results and conclusions. The procedure for conducting investigative actions by authorized persons, violation of current legislation and realization of the right to protection have been determined on the basis of study and analysis of legislative norms.
