The perpetual conflict between freedom and control: the case of mandatory vaccination

Abstract

No one is naïve enough to believe that in the 21st century it is possible to find any government immune to the political strength emanated by large global corpora-tions economical power. Indeed, governments are proud in describing themselves as marketing partners/agents of companies that have their respective states as corporate headquarters1. In the same way, this naiveté is no longer possible when it comes to the frontier between the juridical and the political.
