Abstract Cerebellar hemorrhage after surgery is a rare but critical complication requiring prompt diagnosis and intervention. However, anesthetics can mask most brain compression signs. Prolonged coma with apnea after tumor resection under general anesthesia may indicate the need for prompt imaging to detect or exclude cerebellar lesions.
