La filiation et l’aide médicale à la procréation
Abstract
Medical assistance to procreation allows for procreation which is as close as possible from the natural process of the making of a child by relying on basic elements of procreation i.e. substances (sperm and ovum). From this technical basis, every society determines the combinations required to establish a filiation and transcribes a natural data of procreation into a social data. How is this transcription produced? What does it tell us about the transformation of the body and sexuality into parenthood? Would there be other possible constructions of the filiation?
