SOME ASPECTS OF INCREASING THE KEEPING QUALITY OF FRUIT IN THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF CLIMATE CHANGE
Abstract
The article is devoted to some aspects of improving the keeping quality of fruit in the South of Russia in the conditions of climate change. Attention is focused on the harm caused in the winter period of preservation of fruits by climate warming. It is noted that the efficiency of fruit storage is influenced by both the genetic characteristics of the variety and the technology of their cultivation, storage conditions. The ways of increasing the keeping quality of fruits are proposed.
