Analysis of the technological environment of innovation and technical and technological training in Colombia: «a qualitative study to subtantiate the theory of the new technological environment and innovation of vocational training»
Abstract
This paper presents the first results of the application of the methodology of Grounded Theory by Anselm Strauss, based on qualitative analysis through surveys, interviews and observation to other models, such the German and Mexican models . The analysis focuses on learning models in their environment of competencies and skills for innovation and technological development, the technical level of training and its relation to innovation in companies regarding to the Colombian case.
