ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN MUTASI KEPEGAWAIAN OLEH KEPALA DAERAH DI KABUPATEN MAJENE
Abstract
The main problem of this research is the Analysis of the Implementation of Staff Movements by the Regional Heads in Majene Regency.The method in this study is descriptive qualitative, which provides an objective description of the actual state of the object under study. The results showed that the implementation of staff transfer tended to use the Merit System to see the results of the dominant interview analysis saying that the implementation of the transfer of Civil Servants at the Human Resources Empowerment and Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency uses work performance considerations, but not entirely based on the Merit System, because it is still the discovery of other considerations that influence the implementation of the mutation is the Spoil System because it still involves elements of likes or dislikes, the factor of closeness to the leader or family factors.
