Education And Psychoanalysis: A Feasible Union?

This work intends to investigate feasible interfaces between the fields of Edu cation and Psychoanalysis, especially in the context of a therapeutic education. For such, the theoretical contributions from Freud and Lacan were used as a starting point, articulating them to what have been used in the educational field. It was also taken into account some contributions from the therapeutical practice in an institution for autistics and psychotics children. In this union it was observed the effect of the approach over educational matters, unveiling the role of the educational practices in the constitution of the subject. It was concluded that the union between the two areas is feasible and positively contributes to the development of both fields and theirs users. It is reaffirmed the need to create conversational interfaces between these fields that relate, in this work, specifically to human development.
