Pedagogy is a very old term, a pedagogue is the person accompanying the child to school and help with homework. After the term was taken to mean the way of teaching and knowledge transfer method. The pedagogy was a term reserved for primary and secondary education, university education meanwhile was satisfied with the masterful method. With the rapid changes, the quality requirements in education and the development of information and communication technologies, new educational forms have emerged, including the concept of the flipped classroom and differentiated pedagogy that is possible to achieve through using digital technology. Also, many are writers and teachers who are interested in innovation in teaching methods in higher education. In this paper, we discuss these concepts, their advantages and their contribution to learning and to the high education.
