Chondroblastic osteosarcoma of the paranasal sinuses presents itself as a challenge in head-and-neck cancer. A 25-year-old woman presented with a rapidly growing mass on the right side of her face, accompanied by recurrent episodes of nosebleeds and vision impairment. The histopathological diagnosis was chondroblastic osteosarcoma with a small cell component in a hemangiopericytic pattern. Treatment with chemotherapy was administered, and subsequent surgical management involved partial resection of the affected area, maxilloethmoidectomy, and use of a vertical rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap.
