Abstract

This paperwork presents some ideas on the psychoanalytic group relations established in the context of institutions, and intends to contribute to a deeper understanding in order to exploit the work in this area. The study is based on the assumption that the institution, even being a heterogeneous field of traditional psychoanalysis, is a device capable of showing the effects of the unconscious, making it possible study of psychoanalytic inspiration. The study is based on the professional performance of the authors, besides bringing a fragment sample of a Masters research dealing with groups themes in institutions.
