Elementos de contexto de la política migratoria para trabajadores extranjeros no comunitarios en España

Abstract

Immigation Policy is considered a primary objective in Spain, therefore the analysis of the foreign worker law and directives is the topic of this paper. Objective: To identify the elements of context of Immigration Policy. Methodology: an analytical survey of policies and a systematic review on literature about the topic of immigration policy for non communitarian foreign labor in Spain. The results show that the effects of immigration in liberal democracies and the welfare state have been profound, and the globalization and neoliberalism context determines that the markets logic dictates above the human rights rationale.
