The changes of body balance, motor coordination capacities and flexibility of young females induced by health-related physical training combined with the whole body vibration (vibration platforms).
Abstract
The aim of studies was to determine changes of body balance stability, precision of strength reproduction by large muscle groups and space reproduction in rotation as well as hip joint flexibility as a result of 8-week program of physical exercises combined with swing-like vibration impacts ("inclined vibration") for the whole body of young females. Based on researches of 38 healthy female 20-25 years old have been showed the effects of concomitant whole body vibration and physical exercises for eight weeks (24 sessions) training. The increase of some values of coordination ability was showed (body balance, reproduction of strength in large group of muscle and space in rotation) and flexibility.
