Abstract

In article, on the basis of the analysis of the Russian and universal practice, the basic directions ofdevelopment of investment activity of the state which in turn is a system link of a monetary and credit policy are considered. To differentiate the key problems ofan investment policy first of all connected with movement of the capital at national and supranational level, in article are considered what role and a place it occupies in monetary and credit policy system.
