Abstract Combination of immunotherapy with radiotherapy is under active investigation. The PACIFIC trial firmly established the treatment paradigm of consolidation immunotherapy following definitive chemoradiotherapy, inspiring a series of similar or exploratory combination regimens. This summary highlighted six reports updated in the 2024 ASCO Annual Meeting.
