The Rule of the Imam on the Public depends on the Interest and its Applications in the Environmental Field

Abstract

Everybody is aware of the importance of the environment and its benefit to the human being. God made the elements of life and survival factors; so that man can perform his task of intelligence on the earth to achieve worship to God Almighty. The Sharia comes as an organization of the relationship between man and the universe around him - as well as the organization of his relationship with his Lord and his community - in accordance with the provisions of the Shari'a known mandate, and there must be environmental awareness for individuals to protect it from everything that harms and corrupts, and should also be available to officials in the State; The establishment of environmental awareness in the same time is very important in the discipline of individuals, and has decided the Imams of jurisprudence rule (the imam's behavior on the public is dominated by the interest). This rule has many applications in the areas of life: social, political and economic and in dealing with the natural environment in order to protect its resources from pollution by establishing the requirements and guarantees to do so, whether public or private, agricultural or industrial. Hence, this study revealed the statement of this rule, and mentioned some applications related to the environment under which it is intended to complete its purpose. The second requirement relates to the application of the rule in the environmental field, and concludes the research with the most important results achieved.
