The virtual in the contemporary love experience: A sociological analysis on the film Her (Spike Jonze, 2013)

Abstract

This paper consists of a sociological analysis of the film Her, exploring relationships between the plot, the narrative construction and the social context in which the film is produced and released. From this, we discuss how new technologies in information and communication may contribute to changes both in social interactions as in the dynamics of affective relationships and their recognition today
