The Insurance Principle in English Property Law

Abstract

The Insurance principle is one of the three main principles of English land registration. It is connected to the indemnity scheme. Polish law lacks such regulations. This article explores main features of the Insurance Principles and the indemnity scheme in context of Polish regulations, also in context of how much it will cost Polish taxpayers.
